Even today, Jesus is sending out the call, Follow Me. Whoever responds to this call has the opportunity of adoption into his family, with all the benefits of an heir.
Where Else Can We Go?
We certainly will encounter struggles in this life. Like Jeremiah, we must remind ourselves of the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness.
Lessons from the Shepherd
A good shepherd stays in front of the sheep and invites them to follow. Jesus said “I am the Good Shepherd”, and He invites us to follow Him.
Even A Little Faith
All we need to do with our needs is take a step of faith and bring it to Jesus. He responds to faith!
Built Tough
The strength we rely on comes from the Holy Spirit living inside us. Through God’s Spirit, we are built tough enough to face any spiritual challenge.
Expecting…
Hope is not just wishful thinking. It is the strategy of expectation based on our confidence in God’s promises. Something good will happen.
Thankful for the Spirit
God’s Spirit is a fulfillment of so many of His promises. Our gratitude should be inspired to higher heights by how God has shared His power with us through the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Monsters & Men
Because of disobedience, Israel had monsters to fight. Idolatry leads to the growth of “monsters” in our lives. Only God can equip us to defeat the monsters.
Court is in Session
God is the judge. Satan is the slanderer, the accuser of God’s children, but in the end he will be cast down and God’s justice will prevail.
