LifeSpring Church LifeGroups | Brookfield, WI
What is a LifeGroup?
In step with His plan for the early church, the Lord directs his people to unite as the body of Christ and meet from house to house on a regular basis. LifeGroups describes the community of small groups of people that share life moments with each other. We believe God intended us to share life through relationships. These groups aim to be small enough to keep members engaged, but large enough to find someone you can relate to. By joining a LifeGroup, you give yourself the opportunity to get to know others who share the same interests as you, while growing in relationship with God at the same time.
The Vision
Our LifeGroups are:
- Interactive – they are a place where you can do something fun or share conversations with people that care.
- Intentional – they are crafted such that you will receive encouragement from the Word of God, from prayers prayed together, and encouragement from other’s experiences.
- Inspiring – they are designed to encourage you to take your next step in the journey of life.
Life is better when done together.
Your Role
When you join a LifeGroup, we expect that you will be able to grow spiritually and develop new friendships. As part of a LifeGroup we hope that you will learn new things, share your story, and contribute to the spiritual growth of the members of your group.
Join a LifeGroup today! If your schedule allows, you can join as many LifeGroups as you wish. Look through the groups that are available and find one that works for you. Be intentional about building meaningful relationships with people who love God and you will be amazed at how it will bless your life.
What Growth in a LifeGroup Looks Like
LifeGroups provide an opportunity for greater discussion and application of the truths of Gods word beyond the Sunday service. Your LifeGroup is a great place to confide in others, ask questions, develop friendships, study God’s word, mentor, and be mentored. These groups are intended to be a safe place where you can lend a helping hand as well as leverage the strengths of other believers on the journey to heaven. Some groups do in-depth Bible studies, while others simply provide an encouraging scripture and prayer within an environment for non-church members of similar interests to interact.
